The Covid-19 pandemic has hit Indonesia since the end of February 2020, bringing Indonesia to a difficult situation from several sectors such as economy, education, health and employment. However, in the midst of these difficulties, there are still corruption cases that have been caught red-handed by the Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK). This study aims to analyze the causes of corruption during the Covid-19 pandemic and the opportunities for resolution using a qualitative descriptive method with a case study and literature study approach. The results of this study are that there is a possibility of solving corruption in difficult times such as the Covid-19 pandemic by looking back at the law regarding the eradication of corruption with the death penalty for corruptors who commit corruption in the midst of the country’s difficult times.

Defending the Country is a concept that has long been known in Indonesia as an effort to build a strong national character and integrity. However, in its development, there are challenges for the younger generation to understand the true meaning of Defending the Country. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the importance of realizing State Defense for the younger generation through related literature studies. The research method used is a literature study by collecting data from journals, books and articles related to the concept of State Defense and the importance of the realization of State Defense for the younger generation. The results of the study show that the realization of State Defense has an important role in shaping quality national character, especially in the younger generation. Through the realization of Defending the Country, the younger generation can develop an attitude of patriotism, discipline, responsibility, courage and love for the nation and country. Families, schools and the government have an important role in providing education and opportunities for the younger generation to understand and apply the concept of Defending the Country in everyday life. Therefore, there is a need for more serious efforts from all parties in providing understanding and training regarding the importance of realizing the State Defense for the younger generation, in order to form a strong national character and integrity in the future.

Penanggulangan penyalahgunaan narkoba merupakan bagian dari implementasi P4GN oleh Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Bone. Program ini menjadi bagian dari upaya meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat akan ancaman dan bahaya narkoba serta mempertahankan keamanan nasional yang secara langsung berdampak pada peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Program ini termanifestasi melalui berbagai sub program dan pemberdayaan dengan pendekatan direktif. Realisasi desa bersinar, pelaksanaan pemberdayaan alternatif dan peningkatan lifeskill, dan pemanfaatan media oleh pemerintah daerah dengan asistensi BNNK Bone secara langsung memberikan dampak pada penurunan angka penggunaan narkoba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, berjenis deskriptif, dengan lokasi penelitian di Kabupaten Bone. Penentuan Informan dengan teknik purposive. Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan studi pustaka yang kemudian dianalisis hingga ditarik kesimpulan dan sudah diverifikasi. Uji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan nasional berupa regulasi P4GN yang diimplementasikan melalui peran Pemkab Bone secara kolaboratif dilaksanakan dengan beberapa aktivitas nyata yang terarah dan tersistemasisasi. Berbagai kegiatan serta kampanye anti narkoba dengan pemanfaatan media adalah instrumen BNNP dalam mengubah mindset masyarakat untuk menjauhi narkoba. Sebagai salah satu instansi yang memiliki kewenangan di perairan, Kepolisisan Perairan bertanggung jawab atas terciptanya situasi kamtibmas yang kondusif diwilayah perairan guna dapat mendukung terlaksana dan berjalannya program prioritas pemerintah terkait sektor kemaritiman. Kepolisian Perairan melaksanakan aksi pencegahan Armed Robbery di Perairan di sejumah titik rawan pada area berlabuh jangkar dan sandar di perairan teritorial Indonesia sejak tahun 2014-2019. Hal tersebut dilaksanakan karena menjadi salah satu penjabaran arahan dan kebijakan Kabaharkam Polri pada tahun 2014 serta didasari oleh data kasus pencurian di kapal yang terjadi di perairan Indonesia yang sangat tinggi berdasarkan laporan International Maritime Beureu (IMB).

This study aims to analyse the changes in the coastline that will occur using geographic information system technology and formulate anticipatory efforts from the government to overcome the threat of abrasion on the north coast of Bengkalis Island, Riau Province. Bengkalis is a Regency located on the north coast of Riau Province, where the coastal area is very vulnerable to maritime disasters. This is evidenced by tidal waves or high tides that regularly occur at the end of the year in the north coastal area of the Bengkalis Regency. There are hundreds of houses and shopping centre shops submerged by the tide; this is causes harm to the community. In addition, the threat of abrasion, which causes changes to the coastline toward settlements, continues to increase every year; this problem threatens the country’s sovereignty because the worst possibility is to eliminate the island. This study found that coastal abrasion that occurred on the coast of Bengkalis Island reached 39 meters a year, and the average rate of change of the coastline was 14 meters a year. Without serious handling and countermeasures from the government, this will become a big problem.

Selain itu, adanya konflik dan ketidakstabilan politik juga menjadi salah satu pemicu terjadinya krisis pangan. Salah satunya konflik antara Rusia dan Ukraina, yang menurut Mentri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Airlangga Hartarto menyebutkan jumlah orang yang rawan pangan meningkat dua kali lipat selama kurun 2 tahun, dimana ini disebabkan oleh efek situasi Ukraina yang tengah berkonflik yang dapat memicu meningkatkan 323 juta orang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penyebab terjadinya ancaman krisis Pangan dalam mewujudkan visi Indonesia Emas 2024 dan mengetahui strategi Diplomasi Keamanan maritim yang perlu di terapkan dalam mencegah krisis pangan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif untuk menganalisis strategi keamanan Indonesia di bidang diplomasi maritim dalam menghadapi ancaman krisis pangan dalam rangka mewujudkan Visi Emas 2045. The North Natuna Sea, which is located in the Riau Archipelago, directly adjacent to the South China Sea, is Indonesia’s sovereign territory, and has a wealth of natural resources that makes this area want to be controlled by China on the basis of the nine-dash line. This unilateral claim by China has triggered conflicts from other countries because it is not in accordance with international law recognized by UNCLOS 1982. This condition can be called VUCA, namely volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity, namely several difficult conditions and situations. This study will discuss the implementation of the VUCA strategy by Indonesia to deal with threats to the Natuna Sea, which aims to determine Indonesia’s strategy in dealing with the threat of sovereignty to Indonesian territorial waters. The research method uses descriptive qualitative methods with data collection techniques using literature studies. This study reveals that the strategy that can be used in dealing with the threat of VUCA is to apply VUCA Prime, namely by implementing Vision, Understanding, Clarity, and Agility adapted to the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045 in developing maritime development policies and strategies to be able to make Indonesia a center of world’s maritime civilization.

Indonesian maritime diplomacy is the implementation of foreign policy that is not only related to various maritime aspects at the bilateral, regional and global levels but also uses maritime assets, both civil and military to fulfill Indonesia’s national interests in accordance with the provisions of national law and international law. The use of military assets in Indonesian maritime diplomacy is carried out by the Indonesian Navy as one of the main components of national defense which besides having duties in the field of defense and security at sea, also carries out naval diplomacy duties in order to support foreign policy policies set by the government. The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the cooperative maritime diplomacy of the TNI in order to maintain regional security stability in order to maintain state sovereignty;(2) Analyzing the TNI’s persuasive maritime diplomacy in order to maintain regional security stability in order to maintain state sovereignty;(3) Analyze the TNI’s coercive maritime diplomacy in order to maintain regional security stability in order to maintain state sovereignty. This study used descriptive qualitative method.
